Individual counseling 53 mins- $150
Family/couple therapy (with 2+ people) 45 mins - $150
Group Therapy (with 2+ people) 45 mins: $150
Diagnostic Interview (first appointment) 45-55mins: $250-$300
Forensic Evaluations/Disability Assessments (time is specified on a case by case basis, and payment due at start of service) - starting at $350/hr
Court Proceedings should a provider at PF&C be subpoenaed or testify, including virtual appearances - $1500 retainer fee, plus additional fees to prepare/attend (payment due 72 hours before court)
Basic Monthly Letters - $35
Detailed Letter Summarizing Treatment/Services - $100
Speaking Engagement with Powerpoint for 30 minutes - starting at $500/hr
Speaking Engagement with Handouts for 60 minutes- starting at $1000/hr (for up to 20 people)
Workshops - (specified case by case basis)
