As a LMFT, I provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting. I provide in-person and virtual therapy, accept insurance pay, and self pay. My specialties includes anger management, attentive/inattentiveness, addictions, depression & anxiety, suicidal ideations, stress management, play therapy, family therapy, developing coping skills, and stabilizing families/homes. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator; this means I specialize in premarital/marital counseling, and couple's therapy. Early in my experience, I learned that it is important to utilize an integrative approach and draw from various therapeutic methodologies including emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
With acquiring 110 credit hours completing doctoral level coursework in Forensic Psychology, I acquired a plethora of skills to confidently complete forensic assessments for any one of the following reasons:
Competency to stand trial
Criminal responsibility
Risk assessment
Parental fitness in custody cases
Workplace Assessments
Guardianship and Conservatorship
Reunification therapy
Court ordered mental health services, inlcuding but not limited to, alcohol use, abuse/neglect, anger management, reunification therapy, coparenting, etc.
I strive to develop content, such as workbooks, planners, and E-courses because I believe resources are significant in improving mental health. I want to offer easily accessible, flexible, and evidence-based resources for individuals seeking support, education, and tools to enhance their well-being.
I can provide one on one consulting services to individuals, stakeholders, or organizations to teach leadership, boost morale or encourage self care for executives and other working professionals within the business. I can also develop self-care trainings tailored for the environment and directly addressing the issue the organization may be trying to mitigate. I often provide resources to individuals who participate.
